Cancellations & Refunds
At Ancient Farmer, we strive to provide the best organic products and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Cancellations & Refunds Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at customer@ancientfarmer.in or +919019412581. Orders canceled within this timeframe will be fully refunded.
- After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed. However, you may initiate a return or refund as per the guidelines below.
2. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Note: Perishable items (e.g., fresh produce) are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or spoiled.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at customer@ancientfarmer.in with your order details and reason for return.
- Attach clear photos of the product if it is damaged or defective.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- Approved returns will be refunded within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Perishable goods (unless damaged or spoiled).
- Products purchased during clearance sales or with special discounts.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
